How do I check the status of my order?
Once you are a registered account holder, all you have to do is to visit the Order Status page. This page allows you to access all the information you might be looking for in the easiest possible way. If you are based in the US, you need to log in to your account on the order status page using your email and password. Order summary compromising of all details about any recent or past purchases will be displayed to you. Besides, you will receive a tracking number once your order is in the shipping process. This number allows you to continuously track your purchase through the carrier’s website. However, we would like to specify that some carriers allow access to tracking information after 24 business hours of shipping a product.
We would like to specify that we offer free shipping for all US orders. USPS is our carrier partner and all orders with standard shipping are shipped through them. We request you to maintain patience as the standard shipping process takes around 2-4 business days.
